About Train FoxPools AI×
The AI has analyzed over 300 inbound customer messages — calls, texts, and voicemails — and assigned three things to each:
Sentiment — Is the customer happy (positive), upset (negative), just sharing info (neutral), or hard to tell (unsure)?
Category — What is this message about? Billing, scheduling, a complaint, praise, a service request, a new prospect, an urgent problem, a cancellation, a reschedule, or just info?
Urgency — How quickly does this need attention? Routine, needs a callback, the customer is angry, or at risk of cancelling?
Each card shows the original message on the left and a comparison table on the right — the AI's values (LLM column) and your corrections (Human column). Every time you pick the right value that the AI missed, it learns. Your name is recorded on every change so we know who helped train it.
Records are served in chunks of 30. Click Next Set to move forward — we remember where you left off. Multiple people can work at the same time and nobody will duplicate work, because already-reviewed records are clearly marked and skipped.
Click any category in the distribution table above to filter and focus on one type of message at a time. This is the fastest way to train the AI on a specific type of conversation.
